General registration information:
You will need your parent's insurance information to complete the application.
For returning Buddy applicants, some of the questions on the application may prefill, the information you see is from your Summer 2015, 2016 or 2015, 2016 December Mini-Camp application. Please read it carefully and update as needed. New and updated forms are required, including a full health history form, as required by the American Camp Association. You will be prompted at the end of the application to complete these supplemental forms.

What is required of me to be a Buddy?
A strong desire and eager willingness to work with persons with physical, emotional and mental disabilities.
What is required to apply?
We require 2 letters of recommendation for our new Buddies. All Buddies and volunteers over the age of 18, are required to get LIVESCAN fingerprints through the Diocese of St. Augustine. Campers are exempt from this requirement. Click here to get the paperwork to complete this process. All Buddies over the age of 18 must complete the Protecting God's Children course as well. All Buddies, regardless of age, are required to be fingerprinted through DCF (Florida Department of Children and Families). Click here to get the paperwork to complete this process.
What should I expect during the application process?
- After submitting your online application, you will receive an email confirmation from us, with reminders of the forms to complete and return to us.
- All Buddies and volunteers 18 and over are required to get LIVESCAN fingerprints through the Diocese of St. Augustine. All Buddies, regardless of age, are required to get fingerprints through DCF (Florida Department of Children and Families). Campers are exempt from this requirement.
- Buddies 18 and over must ALSO complete a Protecting God's Children course through the Diocese.
