General registration information:
Buddy applications for the 2018 Summer season will open at noon on February 12, 2018 and can be accessed through this website.

You will need your parent's insurance information to complete the application.
For Summer 2018, we have a new and improved application system. All Buddies, new and returning will complete a full online application. The Health History Form is now completed online with your application. You will be prompted at the end of the application to complete supplemental forms including the Physician Statement, Recommendation Form and Immunization Form.

What is required of me to be a Buddy?
A strong desire and eager willingness to work with persons with physical, emotional and mental disabilities.
What is required to apply?
We require a recommendation for our new Buddies and highly recommend letters of recommendation from returning Buddies as well. These letters help us to know you better and assist in placing a Buddy with a Camper.
All Buddies and volunteers over the age of 18, are required to get LIVESCAN fingerprints through the Diocese of St. Augustine. Campers are exempt from this requirement. Click here to get the paperwork to complete this process. All Buddies over the age of 18 must complete the Protecting God's Children course as well.
All Buddies, regardless of age, are required to be fingerprinted through DCF (Florida Department of Children and Families). Click here to get the paperwork to complete this process.
What should I expect during the application process?
- After submitting your online application, you will receive an email confirmation from us, with reminders of the forms to complete and return to us.
- All Buddies and volunteers 18 and over are required to get LIVESCAN fingerprints through the Diocese of St. Augustine. All Buddies, regardless of age, are required to get fingerprints through DCF (Florida Department of Children and Families). Campers are exempt from this requirement.
- Buddies 18 and over must ALSO complete a Protecting God's Children course through the Diocese.
